  • How long is delivery? 

Delivery times are estimated between 3-7 working days, Oversized products are 5-10 working days (Saturday & Sunday are not considered a working day) Due to the current pandemic there may be delays

 

  • Can I pay for next day delivery?

As much as we want to get our orders to all of our customers as quickly as possible, Sadly we do not have any express or next day delivery

 

  • I haven't received a confirmation email?

There are times were some email providers unfortunately filter our confirmation email to the Junk/Spam folder, If you haven't received one after checking we're more than happy to re-send a confirmation email

 

  • Do you have any voucher codes?/I found a voucher code online

We do not supply voucher codes, any codes you find online are fake and if possible please do report them

 

  • I want to return my item

We understand that some customers may wish to return their product. For any returns information please read our Returns Information

 

  • Can I pay over the phone?

Due to all the calls being recorded for training purposes we cannot take any payments over the phone. Please read our Ways to pay page for any further information

 

  • My order has not arrived?

If an order has passed the expected delivery time and you have not received any tracking information please do contact us via the support page and we will be able to investigate it straight away

 

  • I have an oversized product that stopped working

If you have an item that is oversized that has become faulty or has issues that is under warranty, the manufacturer would normally have on site support where they will be able to repair the product under the warranty

  • Can you help me pick out an item?

Sadly our team do not have knowledge on all items or every field, we do attempt to assist every customer but we cannot recommend items on customers behalf

 

  • How long till I get refunded?

once the order has been cancelled and the goods are booked back with us we will issue a refund. Please note that some refunds can take up to 72 hours for the banks to release the funds
